Architectural Design & Planning
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for residential and villa projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Create and review schematic designs, working drawings, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, codes, and approval requirements.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and site execution teams.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide design-related support.
Client Interaction
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Conduct design presentations and discussions with clients.
- Incorporate client feedback and manage design revisions effectively.
Site Supervision & Monitoring
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Resolve architectural and design-related issues during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance when required.
Documentation & Approvals
- Prepare approval drawings and coordinate with relevant authorities for project approvals.
- Maintain project documentation, design records, and technical specifications.
- Assist in preparing material specifications and project reports.
