Job Title: Sales Manager – Residential Construction Contracts (B2C)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and contract closures for our residential construction business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, conducting site visits, explaining construction solutions, presenting quality standards, discussing payment plans, and successfully converting prospects into signed construction contracts.

This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer relationship management, negotiation skills, and a basic understanding of residential construction projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Civil Engineering background is an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:

1. Lead Management & Customer Engagement
Contact and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
Conduct initial discussions with prospective customers over phone calls.
Understand customer requirements, budget, project scope, and construction expectations.
Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
2. Customer Consultation & Sales Presentation
Meet prospective customers in person to understand their construction needs.
Present the company's construction services, processes, and project execution methodology.
Explain available construction packages, specifications, and service offerings.
Showcase the company’s completed and ongoing projects.
Build trust and confidence through professional consultation and relationship building.
Address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
3. Site Inspection & Requirement Assessment
Visit customer sites and conduct preliminary site inspections.
Assess plot conditions, accessibility, project feasibility, and customer requirements.
Gather necessary site information and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Provide customers with professional guidance regarding construction planning and execution.
4. Construction Quality & Technical Explanation
Educate customers about construction quality standards and best practices.
Explain the materials used, including cement, steel, concrete, bricks, electrical, and plumbing specifications.
Present the company’s quality control processes and construction methodologies.
Demonstrate how the company ensures durability, safety, and superior workmanship.
Highlight key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors.
5. Costing, Pricing & Payment Plan Discussions
Explain project estimates, pricing structures, and package inclusions.
Present stage-wise payment schedules and milestone-based billing processes.
Clarify contract terms, conditions, and payment obligations.
Assist customers in understanding financing or home loan options, if applicable.
Provide transparent and accurate information regarding project costs.
6. Negotiation & Contract Closure
Follow up regularly with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
Drive decision-making and accelerate the sales process.
Secure customer commitment and successfully close construction contracts.
Coordinate contract signing and advance payment collection.
7. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after contract signing.
Ensure a smooth handover to the project execution team.
Act as the primary point of contact during the initial stages of the project.
Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent customer service.
Collect customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement
